For context finished my Alevels last year I got (A,B,B) fell short of the top archivers scholarship.

Before I did my alevels my parents were really ageing me to do nursing. Which I didn't wanna do, but I understand their point of view. Unemployment is really high here, and nursing seems like the only good option. ( which was like January 2024 after I got my form 5 results )

But I didn't listen I really wanted to go abroad (I got 5A* 2A 1B 1C ) form 5 so I called private schools around gabs asking them if the offer any scholarship for Alevels thank God. I got one I got sponsored by the school to study for free for next 2 years but I would pay for my own accommodation mo Gaborone and pay for examination fees.

My parents let me do it . Fast forward 2026 I got my results and didn't get the (AAA) target that Dtef set.

I was genuinely sad but managed to get myself up

I applied for Acca ko Bac which is a really good course that leads to well paying career but the problem is it has a really high dropout rate (my friends call it the medicine degree of finance😓💀)

But anyway, my parents are still really pushing me to do nursing. I ended up applying for nursing ko ub.

Now I genuinely do not know when scholarships open which one should I take

Nursing and play my life safe

Or

go all out and do Acca ( which will make them stressed for the next 4 years because they don't know if I will find a job after I finish)
