Does telegram support HEVC videos?

Does telegram have any problem playing HEVC encoded videos when sending?

Question about compressing videos on avidemux(HEVC)

I am trying to compress many videos to reduce file size, and try to keep the quality as good as possible. I choose HEVC codec to compress, because it's the best one to use for compression I think. Besides that are there other settings that you guys would recommend changing under the general settings?

Youtube stopped working for me on firefox, anyone else?

So I got a browser update after restarting firefox, and after I did that youtube videos don't seem to load anymore. When I click on a video it loads the page, but only a black screen appears. I can't be the only one with this issue, right?
