I use a50 voice for vc to lower or raise it on the go and it just dosent work now please help

So this seems to be a common issue but none of the fixes ppl mention work or I dont fully understand the instructions.... plz help I beg of you!!

I have a meta quest 3 I got virtual desktop on my headset and the app on pc I have my codec to av1 10 bit I have a 9070xt so it should be fine. Openxr is set to vdxr and I have steam vr installed... but no matter what I do I cant get vr games to work in vr mode... it makes my screen go pass-through and I can only see the game on my monitor. Haven't got to play among us vr at all I tried asseto corsa to but nothing there ik I gotta be missing something
