I play against my brothers dark angels regularly. He fields not 1, not 2, but three squads of deathwing knights. I loathe these models. The -1 damage is killer, even with the mortoi enhancement on a galadius or the 4 damage castus on the telemon. I feel like the achillus with the mortoi enhancement kills them the best? Hitting on 2’s, wounding on 2’s and every failed save is a dead knight even with damage negation. It would be D3+4. I bought a telemon but want a support dreadnought. Does this math be mathing?

Are the brother captains overkill in this list? I play against dark angels with the Lion/ death wing knight heavy list, chaos demons, C’Tan. With AA for paladins and BANISHERS lethal or sustained i can’t help but think that may be overkill. Thoughts?

Been looking at the update and want to break into the walker branch of our army. The new 1DP detachment seems like it would be fun with shield host, I just don’t know what would pair well as far as walker units for a 2k game. What are y’all’s thoughts on good combos?
