I just had two question, so if we had external scholarships what would I need to do in these two scenarios?
1.) Scholarship check doesn’t have student ID number.
2.) Scholarship check arrives after August 1st.
Hello, I was wondering how do you schedule an appointment with your academic advisor? I met with her (Carolyn Kitchens) for NSO, but I guess something messed up within WVU’s system with my degree-seeking credits that is messing with my finical aid. HUB told me to meet with her, but I can’t find the button or link to do it anywhere. I tried to go on navigate, she wouldn’t pop up, mostly likely going to email her.
Hello! I am an incoming freshmen this fall, and I was just wondering if I need to invest in a scientific calculator, graphing calculator (TI-84), or just a regular one.
I am a Biochemistry major and my schedule consists of BIOL115, CHEM110, SOC 323, MATH 128 (Trig or pre-calc), BIOL298C (Honors Bio Class), HONR 102.
So, I was going to buy a pass the other after NSO (June 8th), and it slipped my mind. Today, I was for sure going to purchase one, but it seems like there is none available. Law school hill was available the other day, but it isn’t now, is it because of the June 12th NSO today?
Can someone reassure me a spot will open up, because it’s the most affordable, and I probably will not be using my car a lot.
There isn’t any parking permits sold on the WVU website, is there any where I could park on campus when I go there this fall? I’ve heard that some churches gives you a pass, but any helpful advice will help.
I know car is ill-advised for first years, but I have to bring a car to travel because I live a bit away, but where is the best place to buy a parking pass if I’m going to be at Honors Hall? I know the summit one is $415, but is there anywhere cheaper?

Incoming freshman, I just have a few questions. I was looking at departmental scholarships and there looked like there was basically none for biochemistry majors compared to strictly chemistry majors. Also, is there any more scholarships I could apply to next year at WVU, any tips would help for financial aid. I plan to be on a pre med track, and I in-between a chemistry major and biochem major rn. Also, will we find out a lot more about programs, scholarships, etc. when we get there? Lastly, if anyone has ANY helpful advice I’ll listen with an open mind. Thank you!
