I think Im getting depressed again

I've been depressed for 4 years, was clean for 4. I think I'm getting back into depression. I've been sitting at work, wondering, having only 80$ in my pocket from my 500$ salary which all went to debts. I've been mentally exhausted. The only thing that I'm doing lately is working 40 hours a week, every day of the month. I'm wondering how long can I keep up, because I'm suffocating. I dropped out of university because my salary ain't enough even with the 50%.

I have a medical illness which requires me to take medicine and sometimes get to the E.R and I can't even do that because of how expensive it is and because the daman isn't covering anything. I am exhausted and I am mentally done, and I think that im slowly going back, spiraling into depression even tho I am a deeply spiritually connected to God.

I stopped doing what I love because why would i do that when my salary isn't enough to cover basic human needs. I keep on saying thank god to everything but even to this pain? I am, done

Seeking advice on hair treatment

Hello, how are you?

I, am armenian. Which means, my hair is armenian, and, I am very proud of it, but there's this thing that annoys me so much, that, i can't get rid of it.

My hair was curly when I was a kid. Like, curly curly. And now, as I am a 23 year old female, its wavy/straight/curly. As in. It's curly in the underneath of the back of my hair where you cant see it. It's straight from the top of my scalp and it goes to wavy at the bottoms.

I work as a police officer, and my hair gets exposed to everything. So when its raining, it gets curly from the rain.

I tried every product, everything, and nothing is helping to the point that I stopped using products and went only towards shampoo. Now, I only spray water on it whenever I will brush it because its easier to brush it since its hard. But, the thing that I love about my hair is that whenever I brush it, it gets puffed up, like those cute videos that you see online about a sheep or a goat that has its wool puffed up. That's how it gets puffed up, and thats what I want to my hair. I want it to be just like that.

I need, advice. On, if anyone knows, what products to use, how to take care of a hair like mine, just, please help

A graveyard of dreams

I realised, Lebanon, the country that took my family in from the Armenian genocide, and that I always felt as home, is a graveyard of dreams.

Because, someone explain. I'm venting here, okay. Why, would I work, a 6 hour work, which is a municipal job to be honest, with no daman, which, is a basic need to every public or private sector employee, a 500 dollar salary, when I have a CV that could let me have a job which pays more. And, those jobs, as much as I sent my C.V, won't answer back. I had to stop attending university because even with my 50% tuition aid, im unable to pay for university and had to get into debt. Did only 2 semesters btw.

And I have to move to Armenia with my family in a year, just because we can't live here anymore because of the war.

Why? Why should we, me, and other people in Lebanon, who goes through the same and similar case as me, has to leave their country, the place where they were born and lived their whole life in, just, leave?

Because its not logical and normal that we should suffer by our government for their wrongdoing and the incapability of keeping themselves in their own pants and not screwing us up?!

Huge fear of butterflies

Hi, so, I need to vent, about my phobia of butterflies, because my parents started to laugh at me every time it occurs.

I, have a fear of, butterflies. It wasn't like this when I was a kid, because I used to collect them in glass jars and just poke holes in the lid. Kid stuff, was 4 or 5 year old. But then, the fear started, and it slowly turned into this sick feeling on my body as if there are thousand of needles on me and just as if those butterflies are attacking me. Once when I was 6 I was screaming so loud the whole house heard my voice. My mom, she came running to the room and saw that a butterfly was flying in circles and I was hiding behind the curtains.

It was always like this when it came to butterflies. Till now, I am a 23 year old female who can't stay indoors when she sees a butterfly in her house, and it happened, today. I saw a butterfly, and I got my keys, and I left the house, because I just can't stand them. Like, at all.

For me, they are terrifying. They are monstrous creatures, they are that ick I get out of nowhere and that there isn't on me. Like, if I see a butterfly, even outside, im like nah bro, I better off be dead. I better die. I better have a heart attack than a butterfly next to me. I can't, do, butterflies, like, at all.

Anyone needs a graphic designer?

Hello, how are you? I am a graphic designer who works on logos, wedding invitations and graphics to be printed on shirts, caps, and bags.

I wanted to ask if any redditors might know people who would want to hire a graphic designer for their brand. I dont take much, but it would be a great help since my family wants to move out of the country.

I was unable to find a job in my country because of the job market, its really dead right now, and since everyone wants someone with experience and I just finished my technical degree last year and was unable to find a job, I thought maybe redditors can help me out. I dont have a price range right now, I start from 15$ since it makes a big difference in my country. Can anyone help me out?

The perspective of an Armenian living outside and in the Armenian Diaspora her whole life

I've always loved Armenia. From the day I was born in Lebanon till now. Everything for me, is Armenia, everything that I do, even the oxygen that I breathe, even the blood that I shed, is Armenian. I, will kiss the soil of Armenia, if I can, because I would give my whole soul for my motherland.

Living away from Armenia is hard, because, what i see everyday is not the mountain Ararat, or the stores with Armenian letters, or, armenian writings everywhere. I feel that it's wrong, for me to live away from my homeland. I feel like, I should be in Armenia because I am Armenian, because I need to live there, to raise my family there, to protect my homeland.

Living in another country that has the Armenian Diaspora, is something that reminds me of my roots, but, its different because a tree cannot survive without the right soil for its roots, and I cannot survive without the right land for my future and the future of my kids, if I ever decide to get married and have kids.

Armenia is so beautiful, that I think if I ever come out of the airport, I'll be crying and falling to my knees and kissing the ground that I walk on because it's Armenia

Universities in Armenia

Hello, how is everyone in the community?

I just wanted to ask a question regarding universities in Armenia. I am trying to find a university in Armenia that teaches audiovisual, which is basically filmmaking since im doing my B.A in a university in Lebanon. But, i can't find any, and even so, the program is taught in either Armenian, which, for me is a hassle because here the program is taught in English, and the Armenian that I speak is different than the Armenian that they speak in Armenia, or Russian, which, I know none.

Can anyone help me in this?
