my partner, our small dog and i are looking to find a lease takeover that isn’t astronomical.

bonus if rent stabilized so we don’t have to go through this again.

Looking for a rent stabilized apartment. My landlord is increasing our rent by $800/mo and once again getting priced out of a place.
