Beef Brisket

Recently flew from SFO to IAH on United and I had to pre-select a food option, which I went with the beef brisket. It was delicious. I wish to recreate.

So far I got that its brisket (easy to do), fontina and white cheddar cheeses.

What bread is this? Also what other ingredients does it use?

Ventilated Seats

I've seen reports that the ix3 will not come with ventilated seats at launch, is that true?

Can't imagine it be that hard to do when the iX has it.

USA Rear lights

So let me get this straight, if I order the standard or the M-sport Pro package, I still get the same brake lights?

1st pic is "Sport" trim, 2nd is "M-Sport Pro"
