The opportunity arose and I took it, 2026 Lariat. I never thought I’d say this, but I chose the chrome look… it felt classic. Each to their own though, I appreciate them all.

First pair of cowboy boots; wanted something respectable but also didn’t want to spend so much I’d be scared to wear them. Horse Power Top Hand HP9500, $243 shipped from Teners in OK.

Color is great, the fit is perfect, and for me the quality seems great for what I’ve paid. I pull a 10D on the brannock; ordered these in a 10D and they are 100% a great fit for me. I like the cutter toe style and riding heel.

Spent quite a while searching, trying on a few different pairs and styles. Which surprising made things more complicated. Finally thought I was locked in on the AN Tan Newman cutter toe but while waiting for my size I found these and that was it.

2023 GX, 26k. Noticed this noise in the last few weeks, intermittently. Can be heard with either front window open and with both closed. Driving at 40-50mph, light throttle. When I took foot off gas, immediately goes away. Back on the gas lightly and it returns. It lasted a few days and then disappeared before I could take it in. Each time it would come back, same conditions. No CEL, no performance issue. It returned again this weekend and I brought it in to the dealer today. One thing in addition I noted was with slight undulating road, upon suspension compression the noise would go away and return when uncompressed. My foot on the gas may not have been completely steady, but reporting it as it happened. Couldn’t replicate the issue but showed this video. The biggest tell for me is that it appears to react to throttle position when occurring. But Tech was hesitant to do anything as without the noise happening for them they don’t know what it could be. Which is tough because all I can do is record it when it happens.

Any ideas what this could be? Anyone had this before?
