I’ve been paranoid since then that I might be pregnant, so I took a pregnancy test and lo and behold, I am?!!!!!

I started getting TRT injections 6½ months ago when I was five months postpartum due to low libido, low energy and fatigue (all of which I already had for years prior and were not postpartum related. My iron and other vitamin levels were also tested to rule that out). My T levels were on the lower end of the normal range, not deficient.
After 3 months my T levels had gone up to 80 but I didn’t feel any effects yet; the clinic told me that for women it can take 6 months to start seeing results because the dosage is small compared to men’s. They increased my dose at that time to [I believe] 5mg.
We did labwork again a few weeks ago and my levels are at 97, and they don’t want to go higher because if I get to 100 I might get side effects that I don’t want, like hair loss and deeper voice.
I’m still not feeling any results for my low energy and libido. I do have an awful bloat that comes and goes. It’s been almost 7 months since I started.
Has anyone else here taken longer than 6 months to feel any results? The clinic doesn’t have any answers as to why I’m not seeing any difference.
I’m seriously considering to stop the injections and not waste my money.
I don’t know if I should stop it or increase the dose, or keep taking the same dose in the hopes of feeling the results soon.
I don’t think the clinic would give me an unbiased answer to these questions because they have a financial interest to keep me coming every week.
What’s the best course of action here?
Or would the NYPD officially put up these unprofessional signs?
