What temperature / technique do yall use to steam milk?
Haven’t been able to get it perfectly correct. Doesn’t sit on top of crema during last slow pour.
Very possible it’s user error. Any advice?

Machine: profitec Go (absolutely love this machine so far)
Temp for steam: 260 f (factory default)
For those who also have this machine, have you turned the temperature up at all? This could very well be a technique issue.

- how can I make it hotter? I feel like the milk doesn’t get hot just barely warm. Do I need to let it heat up before use? Or pre run the milk option?
