Is it okay to use a meme as my Microsoft Teams profile picture?

Hi everyone,

I'm 24, working as a software engineer, and I was thinking about changing my Microsoft Teams profile picture to a funny meme. It wouldn't be anything offensive or inappropriate—just something lighthearted.

Do people in your company use meme profile pictures on Teams, or is it generally expected to use a professional photo?

I'd love to hear what the norm is at your workplace. If you use a meme PFP yourself, has anyone ever commented on it or asked you to change it?

Thanks

CB350RS vs Hunter 350 for a short beginner rider – city + touring use?

Hi everyone,

I'm planning to buy my first motorcycle and I'm confused between the Honda CB350RS and the Royal Enfield Hunter 350.

A bit about me:

\- Height: 5'4" (163 cm)

\- Weight: 66 kg

My usage will be:

\- Daily city commuting in Bangalore traffic

\- Weekend rides

\- Occasional long-distance touring (200–500+ km trips)

My main concerns are:

  1. Comfort and confidence for a shorter rider (5'4")

  2. Ease of handling in city traffic

I've sat on both bikes at the showroom. The Hunter feels easier to manage because of the lower seat height, but I really like the CB350RS for its engine, refinement, and touring potential.

For riders who have owned or ridden both bikes, which one would you recommend for my height and use case? Would the CB350RS be difficult to live with at 5'4", especially in traffic and during long trips?

Any feedback from short riders would be especially helpful.

Thanks!
