What do you think invoked this kind of reaction? (Hint: It may involve peaches. Peaches are the devil.)
Sorry I haven't posted lately. Haven't been feeling it.

I know you're not supposed to touch paintings, but I couldn't resist putting my paw to Meka's paw. It's my derg! On a physical canvas!
Kmcritterart surprised me with this on Twitter. I'm dumb. For a while I didn't realize it was an actual painting. Once I found out it was, I had to buy it from her!
I'm definitely going to get this framed!
A wonderful commission from one of my favorite artists, Vipercrown!
Captured is the moment you throw a dragon treat into the air!
Inspired by a hilarious article about a photographer who photographed dogs catching treats.

If any of you saw the news, Tess (awesthedragon) is stepping down as a mod. I knew this was coming but it still makes me incredibly sad. I don't think this subreddit will be the same. I remember a blind person came onto r/dragons asking people what dragons looked like.
Tess proceeded to produce a beautifully written short story about a blind dude who went to see a dragon as a form of therapy. The dragon allowed him to touch his wings, run his hand along his tail and feel his horns. The descriptions were incredible, describing the texture of things, the sound they make, comparing them to trees and bark, etc. I've actually taken some of these techniques and I'm adapting it into my own story.
Here's another anecdote: I was talking about a story I was thinking about writing. (It would have been a series featuring Mekanip.) He actually offered to pay me to write the first chapter. That kind of blew my mind. He said he loves to foster creativity.
And that's just the kind of person Tess is. He's a solid dude and I hope you all show him some love as he focuses on his health. Godspeed man! I'll see you around.

He hopes they enjoy the gift!

The kobold just asked me if I was a musician. I said, Yes, how did you know?"
He said it's because I'm covered in scales.
Into the pit he goes.

I wonder how relatable this is.

This was a really pleasant surprise! I've been following Kristen's account for a while now and we've interacted a few times, but I did not expect to receive gift art from her. I love it!
Edit: dang, I misspelled her name.
Dragons are curious creatures. And I think I just made a friend.
A remake of the "hi dragon" meme featuring Kika, drawn by Dove and Crow.

I love my country. I love the stars and stripes and I love independence day! Happy 4th to my fellow American dragons!

Don't you dare touch my donuts...
(Pete did an awesome job! And this is by far the most intimidating depiction of Meka yet!)

I've been wanting to get something for u/awesthedragon for a while now and I got lucky enough to win a raffle from a very talented artist. It's really hard to find a dragon community that truly strives to be family friendly. This subreddit feels like the exception and Awe/Tess has a big hand in making that happen. Anybody who gets to know me knows how much of a prude I am and so when I really appreciate it when I encounter a community like this. It's been a blast.
Also Tess is just a really solid guy. Hope you enjoy, man!
Also thanks to Raven for helping me with my gift art scheme!
I was dumb. I left them out in the car during this heat wave.
I received a bunch of sticker sketches from Khyaber. I don't want to spoil all of them, but here's one of them.
My heart...
