LAS concealment unprofessionalism, and poor customer service

I ordered a holster from LAS last Monday. (Current lead time 25-30 business days)

I contacted them via email on Wednesday to attempt to cancel the order since I no longer planned on running a WML. I understand they have a no cancellation clause at the bottom of the order. I was reaching out in to see if there was anything they could do prior to the holster entering production.

I saw online they have poor customer service, so after I didn’t get a response via email, I decided to follow up via email and reach out on social media. This was their response…

I’m frustrated that they decided to respond via social media but not provide anything helpful. Rather, they chose to be snarky and unhelpful.

I still don’t have a response via email.

43X slide cut. Spring exposed. Any concern?

Had my 43X slide after cut for a 507K 5 years ago. The firing pin safety plunger spring is exposed. Shoot it once in a while since I had it cut . Provably 600 rounds with no issues (507k installed)

Don’t carry this often but I want to bring back into the rotation.

What to look for to see if this causing an issue or would you have any concerns carrying?

New found worries about shooting my pecker off

Don’t crucify me. Topic probably has been posted here many time.

Been carrying appendix 10+ years. Not sure why but recently been paranoid about a discharge while the firearm is holstered and carried.

Not worried about the trigger being pressed while in the holsters. My holsters are not modified, high quality and little to no trigger gap.

Biggest fear is the striker or hammer dropping due to an internal malfunction.

Don’t really want to carry without one in the chamber.

Main CCWs:
Staccato C2 & 365XL in a tenicore CERTUM4

The paths I see moving forward:

  1. Suck it up and get over it
  2. Switch to DA/SA system like the shadow 2 carry. I dont know of a DA/SA that has the capacity and is as thin as the 365. Let me know if something exists
  3. Switch to a Glock 48 (still striker fired but mentally it seems better than a sig pointing at my balls all day)

Out leveled and nothing I can do

No in app purchases. I’m decent at adapting to the opponent. Units I use are all around 8/10 level mastery.
Snail
Shellbro
Merlinor
Knights

Currently level 36 in area 13. I’m constantly getting matched with level 45+ opponents who have almost full level and mastery cards. Win 1/5 battles.

Anything I can do?
