L plates driver merged clean into another car driving them onto the shoulder then sped off as soon as the victim slowed and pulled in. Dont think the innocent party had a chance to document anything and she seemed very shook and may have had a kid in the back. I couldnt pull in as i was on the far lane and she'd pulled into an off ramp but I have a dash cam and I'd love to help if possible. What can I do?

edit just went to check the footage clarity and the sd cards corrupted 🤬 so no video evidence. Is my word as a witness any good??

Looking for affordable e-readers I can buy in EU.

I don't need any bells and whistles, honestly the more basic the better, once its cheap and reliable. I've been using a second-hand 15 year old kindle up until now, but I dont like even having to log into Amazon to manage the account. If I didnt read huge books I'd stick with paper but I consume sagas and like to have a variety of options available.
