Help, I've put all the details correctly, but still am not getting my pass certificate for XII

Hello everyone, will opt into CSE CORE this year. Any laptop suggestions? I am trying to avoid mac as I've heard it is not flexible enough. I don't want gaming, just something for heavy coding and has a decent (6-7 hours) of battery life.

So, yesterday I got the SRMJEEE results, have scored a rank of 13XX,
Am really confused between SRM AP and SRM KTR. It is mainly because of the fees and placements. I've heard, if I get a good scholarship in SRM AP, my total fees for 4 years would be around 10 lakhs, whereas in SRM KTR, as getting a scholarship is impossible at this rank, total fees will be somewhat around 26 lakhs.

Also, in SRM KTR, we cannot afford AC hostels, as it is too much for our expense.

My family is thinking of taking a study loan, which I would have to pay back after getting a job, and on top of that, my father is forcing me to opt for CSE with Cybersecurity, but I personally want to pursue and try to thrive in the vast field of software development.

So my question is, can I still develop my skills as a software dev, even while pursuing CSE with Cybersecurity? And is paying 26 lakhs for main campus more worth it rather than 10 lakhs at SRM AP?

I was writing the SRMJEEE exam today and the application suddenly crashed, (it did not crash but I just got a glimpse of my home screen for a like 2 seconds then the application was back open on the test screen), and then all of a sudden AI STOPPED DETECTING MY FACE. it gave me numerous warnings of unable to detect a face even though I was right in front of the camera.

I called the proctor, and told him about this, he asked me for my name and he could see me on the screen, but the AI somehow could not. WHAT TO DO??? PLEASE HELP 🙏
