We need to do something about this and take control of our home and customers.

On top of horrible rates this happened:

This guy brings this woman and a kid that is maybe 5 years old. He is struggling to put packages in the whole loading process took 25 minutes while this other person took just as long scanning 37 packages. I went there 15 minutes prior just waiting... and its always the same type of people causing these delays like time isnt money.

So funny that the flex app offers the just for you blocks. Its like I take a 86 dollar 3 and a half hour block and dont think that its enough for 143 miles round trip and then a just for you block for 72 dollars comes your way. What a joke.
