Left is Chorizo and right is a chicken andouille sausage. Topped with chillies and cilantro cheddar before toasting. Finally added some diced onions and picked fennel and finished with hot mustard and salsa borracha.

Leftovers Sandwich with Cumin Pepper chicken on a sourdough. Sandwich topped with sharp cheddar. The sauce/dip was made with yogurt, cilantro, birds eye peppers, garlic and cucumber.
Was craving something like a cheesesteak so bought some thinly sliced lamb (meant for hotpot). Cooked with onions and Birds Eye. Sandwich topped with Swiss Cheese, Lao Ganma, and picked fennel, jalapeño and parsley.
My go to sandwich for dinner. Ham, Egg and Lettuce on sourdough with mustard and a garlic yogurt.
