How to respond to this strange text?

So last Sunday I (27M) went out on a first date with (26F) who I’ll call E for short.

We went out, had a great first date, spent 3 hours or so together, I paid for dinner (she offered to split 50/50 but I declined) and at the end she said “well I’ll pay for next time, if you want to go out again?” And naturally I responded enthusiastically.

When I leave her as she gets on the bus, we both mention again about setting up a second date for some time this week. She texts me when she gets home safe, and says “thank you, I had a lovely time x”

Anyways, the next day I try to setup the 2nd date, suggesting this Friday (today), she counter offered and said she can do this weekend, so on Wednesday morning I said “how about Saturday?” and then nothing? I chase up with a message on Thursday afternoon saying:

“Hey, how’s today going? Just thought I’d check in and ask if we are on for Saturday?”

E replies late Thursday night simply with:

“Hey you sorry for the radio silence!”

And that’s it? No elaboration, no confirmation, like wtf?

I don’t know what I should say next? I have a feeling maybe she’s been ill this week or something? Of course we’ve had a crazy hot heatwave, and a friend of mine even got sent to hospital with heat stroke.

Before, E’s replies were consistent, although spaced out because she has a busy job.

I get I may be getting ghosted, but I feel like I always jump to the worst case scenario. Should I ask if she’s ok? I don’t want to be pushy or overstep any boundaries either…

Sorry it’s kinda a long read but any advice on how to handle this situation would be appreciated.

How is it living in the Baja California peninsula, Mexico?

I've heard there's lots of crime but really popular for surfing? Is it safe for tourists?

FIFA is backing down and set to delay the match instead. The FA and Mexico were not happy with the early kickoff.

How good is Harry Kane?

It seems that most top teams have a player with a completely free role. They are given licence to wander around and affect the game wherever they can.
But how often is that player a number 9 central striker?
Harry is that player. I hear people sounding worried that he is back making tackles in our box rather than leading the line.
However, this is how he plays. He is one of, if not, the best long passer on the team, he can tackle and he has great timing when getting into the box.
Jude Bellingham will almost certainly be that player for us in the post Kane era but for now, how mad is it that our central striker is our all I’ve the pitch guy?
