Should Nanny have their own diaper bag?

So I have 2 NK one is 2 years the other is 6 months. I take them out of the house multiple days a week and anytime I need to add something to the diaper bag I just get annoyed honestly. There is stuff in it that I will never need when they are with me and it just gets in the way. So I’m curious do any nannies have their own diaper bag? Also would any NP feel weird about their nanny asking to have their own?

Asking grandma to babysit??

So up until a couple weeks ago I just had 1 NK who lovesss going to the pool. I started watching his new sibling a couple weeks ago which makes it impossible to take him. We only went once this year and I honestly just feel bad lol.

It used to be whenever I was sick or anything NK one set of grandparents would come watch him but once he got bigger and heavier they couldn’t any longer (they are up in age).

My question is would it be wrong or unprofessional of me to ask my Nanny Parents if they would want to ask grandparents if they would want to watch the new sibling (3 months old) for a couple hours so I can take him?

I don’t think they are able to take him much or I would just chalk it up to oh they will take NK on the weekend but since I don’t think that’s the case I want NK to beable to go at least one more time this summer.

I would love the opinions of both Nannie’s and nanny parents!

Being a nanny is lonely sometimes

I was just wondering am I the only one that thinks sometimes being a nanny is so isolating and lonely?? I work 8:30-5 the parents work from home so we sometimes have conversations. Then after work my husband doesn’t get out till 11pm. The city I live in doesn’t really have nanny groups or a community of Nannie’s that I can find. So it honestly just feels really fucken lonely sometimes.

Anyone else experience this?
If so what did you do?

Getting new NK sibling

I currently care for one NK who is roughly 20 months I will be getting NK new sibling 3 months in early July. I’d like to start with I’m super excited for it and looking forward to it.

I was wondering how did other nanny’s handle this change?

Was it a harder change than you expected?

How did you manage having to take both children on outings like were there things you guys didn’t do anymore because it was to difficult? (I want to make sure 20th to NK is still getting to go out)

Honestly any tips you have would be super helpful!

I’ve cared for multiple children at once including multiple under 2 just have never been in this specific situation and want to be prepared for stuff I just may not be thinking about.

Ever taken NK to garage sales?👀

Okay so I take my NK with me to appointments and sometimes to run a small personal errand ( pick up prescription, drop off donations, pick up stuff for lunch or activities) I always let the mom know beforehand. I’ve been considering asking if it’s fine if I take NK to garage sales with me. It’s something I love doing and honestly by the time Saturday hits and I can go everything good is gone.

So I’m really just looking for opinions to see if this something that’s okay to ask.

Also to add I never schedule NK activities around my personal things it’s always the other way around
