First time designing and printing a rc car

I started this project because I had a lot of leftover parts I wanted to use and I managed to make this in around 1 week and use only leftover parts. The overall print time is around 100 hours and the weight is around 1kg which I would say is pretty good for a 850mm long RC car. The cool thing is that it's almost 100% 3D printed with only the fasteners, shaft, and electronics not being printed. According to estimate based on the motors rpm I should reach 40-50mph which is probably pretty likely since I have a 2x reduction gear

Any clue on what caused the crash

It was flying normally but when I tried aileron turning it felt like it was side slipping and flat spinning. (Don't mind the P-51 wings I attached to turn this into a biplane)

Is this safe to keep using

Is this safe to keep using? Before I unplugged it after the crash there weren't any signs of rapid heating up and it kept powering the electronics like normal, and this happened like 2 weeks ago.

I made some changes while fixing my super Cub

I added the wings of a 850mm P-51 that was also wasn't airworthy and I attached it to the bottom using a 3D printed module I designed. I kept trying to rush the design and kept forgetting stuff so for a 100g piece I used around 800g. I'm still waiting for a new carbon spar, the external spars and a new prop, and then it'll be in the air again

Tis but a lot of damage

My friends edf jet required to invert the ailerons on the settings for it to work normally and I forgot to switch it back when I used my plane and I somehow didn't notice until I realized the ailerons weren't doing what they were supposed to and I thought it was the gyro locking up the ailerons so I turned it off, it spiraled, and made a small crater in some gravel

First time flying on water

I made this pic right before takeoff and I was surprised how much easier it was to land on water, but that was mostly because the wind was at 0-2mph and the lake was both really big and really empty.

Is 1,820ft good for an E12-6?

I designed this rocket using Open rocket for the simulations and Fusion 360 for the CAD part and according to Open rocket I should get a max altitude of 1,820ft (555m) and a max speed of 330mph (151m/s)

Did I do this correctly?

I'm designing a decently simple avionics PCB to use on a drone. This is my first time designing a PCB and just wanna make sure I'm doing it right.

How to get ATOMRC F405 navi mini connected to a computers

I recently got a F405 fixed wing flight controller and I got it powered on but for some reason my Macbook can't see the fc on terminal and Qgroundcontrol can't see it. I tested and verified that the cable I was using can process data and connect to other flights controllers. Is there certain things needed to be done to the fc other then connecting it to a battery for it to be able to connect to a computer?

Is this normal for rosin core?

Every time I try soldering wires or pads it always looks like this even though both the pad and wire are heated. I don't have any flux but I don't know if that's the reason or something else

Am I missing a port?

I got this ESC from Race Day Quads and from my understanding the battery wires connect to the 2 big pads, the capacitor connects to the 2 big/spread out pins, the set of 3 pads is for the motor, the GND and PWM connect to the flight controller, but shouldn't there be a third wire that connects to the flight controller? The flight controller I'm using has a built in BEC and should I have a wire connecting the positive battery pad to the flight controllers BEC/positive power pin?

I tried out inland PETG and now this keeps happening, typically when a print ends

I was using a spektrum setup and I was using the safe+ for the first time and it reduced the elevator travel to the point I couldn't go up or down much and it made turning a nightmare
