Potentially buying Skeeter TZX190 with a 175. Anyone have experience with similar sized boats, etc? It has the towing package, transmission cooler, etc. hitch rated for 800/8,000 (more than enough) capacity is 6,400 (I believe).
Looking at maybe buying a 2000 Optimax 200hp that’s on a Ranger. Owner has been what appears to be very forthright/honest in answering questions. Said he had a ruined cylinder, and had a shop in Delaware replace it with an entire fully dressed power head in 2012. Owner said he’s loved it since. Anyone have any experience we rebuilt/replaced power heads on these engines? I know they’re very particular engines, but can run like a dream when maintained.
