what are safe things i can give to black-billed magpies?

i went outside to water my tomato plant and didn't notice one of the babies super close by until the parents started screaming at me. after i went back inside they were screaming at me from the door. i definitely pissed them off, and i want to try to make things right. i made them some plain scrambled eggs cause i read that eggs are safe, and they seemed to enjoy the eggs, but im not sure if we're cool now. what are some other things i can offer them?

edit: im definitely going to wait before giving them anything else, dont wanna overfeed them/replace their meals

Old college threw a $1k debt at me out of nowhere.

Hello,

Back in 2024, I dropped out of college. One of my best friends died, I got a life-changing diagnosis, and I was being bullied by staff members.

Two years went by, and suddenly I am being harassed by debt collectors over a $1k debt that I randomly owe. I confirmed with the college that it is real. I'm just confused and frustrated, because I received no notice about owing anything. Nothing to my college or personal email, no letters or bills sent home, no calls. Complete silence for 2 years. There wasn't anything on my college portal either.

Apparently what happened was that, despite my classes being paid off, they no longer were once I dropped out due to them being covered by financial aide. I submitted a tuition appeal request to the college stating what happened and how this completely blindsided me. A month passed, and I got a rejection letter.

What do I do? I'm already in the negatives through medical bills, and I can't afford to pay this debt. I can't even afford food or my own insulin. One of my friends suggested disputing it with TransUnion but I wasn't sure if that was a smart move or not.

TIA.

switching from abilify to latuda

super excited! abilify has done wonders for me but recently my symptoms have been getting worse, and going up in dosage isn't an option because i'm pretty sensitive to medication. my new psychiatrist is putting me on latuda. it hopefully should help with my insomnia as well, since the current med im taking for insomnia doesn't do jack. im super excited to be switching meds! i'd also love to hear other people's experiences with latuda if that's okay!

Hey guys! I'm fairly new to living in Utah. Me and my cat are looking out the window watching all the white fuzzy things float throughout the air. I have no idea what it is though! I'm from New Jersey and have never seen this before. Is this pollen? Or something else?
