Routines all messed up

Hi
Mom of 2u2 here. My younger one just turned 11 months, Elder is 2.5 years old. And as the title says, our routines are totally messed up. Posting here just to see if we’re really the odd ones out here or it is quite common. I’ve been so stressed about it.
My husband has been working till late for the past almost 6 months, so eventually bed time has been late. And by late I don’t mean the usual late, it’s always in the am (1,2 sometimes goes up to 3). I try my best to get the younger one to sleep before 12, but with my toddler it’s so freaking hard. I get so touched out and exhausted by the end of the day and all I want is for them to fall asleep. And they totally refuse to go to bed with dad. It’s always me. Up until she’s starts feeling sleepy, it’s playtime with dad. Then mom. It’s endearing but when you’re so exhausted all I really want is to get in bed and sleep. And ofc since bedtime is so late, wake ups are late as well. Breakfast happens between 12-2 pm and then lunch much later (3-5 pm) and again dinner around 9-10:30 pm and well the cycle goes on.
I don’t know how to get my older kid to go to bed early. Switching off lights doesn’t work(playtime happens even in the dark), playing calming stuff doesn’t work. And usually now naps are quite rare as well during the day.
Is this routine even healthy for the kids? Am I ruining their health by not giving them enough daylight hours? Any advice appreciated. Please be kind with the comments

Toddler keeps pooping in her pants

I started potty training my daughter around 2.5 months ago. She’s around 30 months now. Since then it’s been on and off since we had to travel and went for a vacation for 3 weeks. She sometimes tells when she wants to pre and most of the time I take her to the potty. Peeing is fine but pooping is so difficult. She had never pooped in the toilet the past 2.5 months. It’s always in her pants or her diaper. I am so annoyed at this point because how do I get her to at least try pooping in the potty? She used to have mild constipation issues but now it seems to have resolved. Any tips on how to guide her to poop on the toilet? And also on how to communicate when she has to pee or poop?

Toddler refuses food

My toddler is almost 2.5 years and has always been picky with food. We avoided sugar until 2 years as much as we could and salt till 1 year. Even then she always had meltdowns while eating meals. And now that we offer her chocolates and candies and sugary foods once in a while (our siblings and parents fed her little every now and then before) she’s always asking for it. Does not eat meals at all. And when she does we have to bribe her to get some fiber in her system.

And because of that she’s always had constipation issues. But now it’s gotten to a point where she holds back altogether because it hurts to poop and when I try to apply Vaseline she cries bloody murder that it hurts.

I don’t understand how to get her to eat real food at meal times. Oatmeal is a stable for breakfast, just some days when the family eats crepes or pancakes she eats with us. Apart from that she doesn’t like to eat veggies at all.

I feel so dejected watching her cry from pain and not being able to do anything

Day 14 after MTX

Hi

I had an ectopic pregnancy diagnosed on the 28th of April with a right adnexal mass of 12 * 2 mm. Got first dose of mtx on 29th with Hcg of 3551. These were my Hcg trends:

Day 4 - 3258
Day 7 - 2255
And today was my 2 week bloodwork and Hcg came out 476.8. Also had a TVS and the findings suggest mass has increased in size (2.8 * 1.7 cm) and I’ve been having cramps on the ectopic side near my tubes and back as well. Sometimes radiating through my leg.

I’m worried about the pain. I don’t want a second dose as it really messed me up and I’m scared about a rupture as the mass has increased in size.

Has anyone experienced this with Hcg trending downwards but growing mass?

I’ve had bleedings from day 5 through 11 like a normal period. Been having brown spotting on and off.

I took MTX on Wednesday at 8 pm. Around 2 am that night I had intense pain and cramps on my right lower abdomen (ectopic on the right tube). And from the next day up until day 4 it was pretty much normal (cramps mild to none and light spotting).

But today on the 5th day after mtx I’ve been strong having lower back pain and bleeding (like the first day of a period). Has anyone else experienced something like this? Is this normal?

I got the mtx dose today and there has been a lot of cramping post 6 hours of injecting. I was told I can continue breast feeding after a week.

How much is the pain level and what else do I expect in the following days?

Hi

I just found out I have an ectopic pregnancy and I am opting for the injection. My dr says I have to completely stop breastfeeding my 9 month old baby. What is the verdict on this?

I feel devastated weaning off so soon
