EGE Panzer Arms M4 Speed Pro issue
I’m having an issue with my EGE Panzer Arms M4 Speed Pro. A small part came loose from inside the receiver, and now the shotgun won’t chamber a round. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

I’m hoping someone familiar with Ontario employment law or charities can help me understand this.
I know of a registered charity where some people have been working there regularly for a long time. They work at the same location, follow schedules set by the organization, and sometimes work very long hours.
What confuses me is how they are classified and paid.
Some receive T4As instead of T4s, some are paid in cash, and some people who seem to work almost full-time are still described as “volunteers.”
I also looked at the charity’s public T3010 filing. The “Total expenditure on all compensation” line appears to have no amount reported, while “Professional and consulting fees” is quite high.
Maybe I’m just misunderstanding how this is normally reported, so I wanted to ask:
Is it normal for someone who works regularly for a charity to receive a T4A?
Can “Professional and consulting fees” include payments to people who work there on a regular basis?
At what point would someone normally be considered an employee rather than a contractor or volunteer in Ontario?
