Before you buy a new rifle, consider building a bespoke one for less £££
There are plenty of older Sako actions being ignored in the UK's gun shops, they were made to the standard of many of the Gucci actions from the states, they're just unfashionable. The thread pitch means you can get a Tikka or Sako barrel or there are plenty of great gunsmiths who will fit you a barrel for sub a grand, the triggers are amazing, you can even get bottom metal to feed them from ACIS mags
50+ year old Sako L579 action, rebarreled to 6XC. I told James at Jagersporting in Ely I needed to shoot a 3 shot 25mm group at 300m using 100-115gr solids, in -11c weather.
Our friends in the US of A know how great these actions are, here they are almost for free. I lucked into a swap for the McMillan A5, but Wildcat Composites in Alberta are making great stocks for them for about the price of a secondhand McMillan.
It's going to wear a MINOX PRO ZP5 5-25x56 with the THLR reticle on a Near mfg rail, and an Gunwerks Elevate bipod.
Beretta 93R | Full-Auto Beretta 92 in original box | Worth More Than Your 2002 Pontiac Aztec
The Beretta 93R is a select-fire pistol (semi or three-round burst) developed in the late 1970s by Beretta. Produced between 1979 and 1993 in small quantities, the 93R was primarily intended for Italian counter-terrorism units. To improve controllability during burst fire, the 93R incorporates several distinctive design elements, including a folding metal foregrip attached to the front of the trigger guard, an extended barrel with a muzzle compensator, and an optional detachable folding shoulder stock that is surprisingly complex.
Note the standard mags that come with it are extended, 20rd size rather than the standard Beretta 92 15rd mags that sit flush with the bottom of the pistol grip.
Does anyone know what the brass pin in the middle-left side of the box is???
Fun facts:
1) The 93R was the functional basis for Robocop’s film-prop machine pistol. They used a 93R and attached a bunch of futuristic crap to it
2) The “R” in 93R stands for “Raffica”, which is Italian for “volley” or “burst”

1950s Dutch-Manufactured AR10 7.62x51 | Flash Hider / Grenade Combo | Perhaps Dutch Army Trial Rifle??? | Made by Artillerie Inrichtingen (the only AI you can trust)
The Dutch-manufactured AR-10 rifles were produced under license by the state-owned Artillerie Inrichtingen (AI) at its factory in Hembrug-Zaandam, Netherlands, beginning in 1958. Note the very early AR design on this model including the charging handle inside the carry handle and the selector switch with Auto being front facing.
Several different variants of these Dutch-manufactured AR10s were made, some with prong-type flash hiders and a bayonet lug, depending on client requirements. This one has a closed-ended flash hider with a provision for firing rifle grenades, which suggests it was actually made for Dutch army trials but I’m not 100% sure about that. It was perhaps made for the Guatemala contract? Perhaps someone can fill us in.
EGE Panzer Arms M4 Speed Pro issue
I’m having an issue with my EGE Panzer Arms M4 Speed Pro. A small part came loose from inside the receiver, and now the shotgun won’t chamber a round. Does anybody know how to fix this problem?

Full-Auto Retro M203 | Interesting Combination of Parts | European Collection
Interesting mix of AR15 parts on this AR from a European collector. The upper receiver is slick sided while the lower receiver is a full-auto Colt partial fence, which was manufactured roughly from 1963-1967.
Meanwhile, the wood stock is probably an aftermarket item as ARs used synthetic stocks from the beginning of the design. Or perhaps someone can correct me on this?
Meanwhile the M203 wasn’t put into full production until 1969 so this was probably added later.
P-10 C Ported COA — finally got my carry setup almost finished
Finally picked up my P-10 C Ported COA on Thursday and already have it almost exactly where I want it.
Added the Talon Pro grips, Shield Arms +5, and got my carry setup dialed in with the Radial Innovations appendix holster and 1.5” Chaoren ratchet belt. Also picked up the ETS universal speed loaded/thumb saver. Really happy with how clean the Talons came out, especially on the factory gray frame.
Just waiting for my Streamlight TLR-7 HL-X USB to come in and for the Taylor Freelance brass backstrap to get back in stock, and then I think it’ll be perfect.
Might also use some leftover Talon Pro material to add a couple small matching grip pads to the thumb/index points on the frame. Other than that, I think she’s pretty much done.
Drew a m9a1, mosin, ppsh 41, and FAL
Messed up the mosin scope but oh well
$2,000 for a suppressed 22lr
I have a $2,000 budget and I am looking to get a suppressed 22lr rifle, I’ll be using it for hunting and target practice. $2,000 includes gun (+upgrades if any), scope, bipod (if recommended), silencer, and anything else I’d need for a solid setup. Thank you in advance for your suggestions and help.

I took this of myself a couple months ago, do you know what the Springfield XDM elite is 🤤 out of all the guns that could’ve been discontinued. This one should’ve blown up.
Stoner 63 .223 Cadillac Gage | w/Underbarrel Grenade Launcher? | European Collection
A beautiful example of a Stoner 63 from a European collector. The serial number on the receiver indicates it was part of the earliest of the first Cadillac Gage manufacturing run, probably 1964.
The Stoner 63 was designed to be extremely modular, so that you could swap out barrels, feed systems, stocks, bipods, etc… depending upon whether you wanted to use it as a standard infantry rifle, carbine, belt-fed machine gun, vehicle-mounted machine gun, etc…
Note that this one has what I understand is an underbarrel grenade launcher but perhaps someone can fill us in on what exactly it is?
Limited numbers of Stoner 63s saw action in Vietnam, including by Navy SEALs. These were apparently in use by specialized units up through the 1980s.
Production of the Stoner 63 and Stoner 63A ran from roughly 1963 to 1971, with only about 3,500 to 4,000 units made in total, making it a rare and innovative design that predated modern modularity trends by decades.
Got this years ago, paid 125$ for it . H&R handi-rifle survivor in 30-06, haven’t seen another in awhile even at the shop. What’s these go for nowadays
