I am buying the car pictured above within the next week and I want to get a small model car of it, I have looked around and found one and only one but it was not high quality. This is for sale in my town and I have always dreamed of a C3 corvette. This is perfect as it is a manual and the underside looks pretty much rust free besides light surface rust, I will check the birdcage before making an offer. The inside is close to perfect and for $12,500 it seems almost too good to be true. Are there any red flags and what do you think I should offer him? It is only out in his driveway for sale when people are getting out of work and he puts it inside every night around 9:00 pm so he obviously cares for it. Makes me wonder why he is selling.
There is a video of it running, it sounds smooth and consistent in the video, as well as showing the full interior and exterior besides the underside. I assume I should ask to see underside photos? Anything else I am missing? If everything looks well I will drive out to see it as its a 2.5 hour drive so not that bad for my dream car.

I am 18 working full time making 50k a year with a career path in my company. I am saving up to move out of my parents house, I have 4 years before I am required to move out but I’d like to move out in 2-3 years if I can, and I wanted to know where you would recommend I be putting the money that I am saving for a house. I save 50% toward a house(currently in a high yield savings account at 3%), 15% toward retirement (8% [3% employer match] Roth 401k, 5% Roth IRA, and 5% in a brokerage), and 20% for gas, food, and essentials. 15% toward fun and my fish tanks. I was wondering if a high-yield savings account is the best place to keep my money while saving for a house or if there are other places that could be more beneficial? Thank you in advance.
I am 18 and I am looking to buy land for an off grid small house/homestead. I plan to buy land and work on it over the next couple of years as I make more money and can afford upgrades. To fit my budget I’d need to find land under ~75k. I am located in western Michigan 30 minutes south of Grand Rapids. What would be your recommendations for finding land that is secluded but still affordable. I’m hoping for at least 3 acres or more if possible. Would websites such as Zillow and other places be good or would you recommend consulting a local realtor or any other suggestions. Thank you in advance!

I’m looking for a 64 1/2 to 68 Mustang that I can work on over the winter and get to driver quality by next late spring/summer. I really love the color and nothing horrendous is sticking out to me but then again I’m not super familiar with these cars. Lian Li O11 mini v2. I just finished building my girlfriend her pc and we went to turn it on and nothing. I jumped the power supply and everything lit up and worked perfectly. This led me to open up the front panel connector case and found the power switch cables pinched. This seems to be the issue. Would the best course of action be to take the pc apart and return the whole thing and rebuild in a new case? Or do you think Lian Li would send just the front panel for replacement? I have gotten some good photos on my phone and with my dads camera but I am looking to get some good gear of my own to elevate my pictures. I have 6 aquariums and love taking pictures of my shrimp, snails, and fish. Anyone have experience with similar photography? I’m willing to spend if the equipment is worth it. Let me know what’d you’d get including all of the small accessories and stuff some people may leave out. Thank you in advance. There can’t be a flash but it may be possible to have a standing light but these were taken with just the aquarium light.
I am fishing in a warm lake, I found a ridge that goes from 15ft to about 45ft almost instantly. How should I fish it? I know there’s white bass that hangout there from what the previous owners said. I am a total beginner as I lost my grandpa who was into fishing 10 years ago and now that I am old enough to understand I don’t have anyone to learn from. Thank you in advance!
