I base this off of the Zero DLC which it was revealed in June but didn't release until July. I think the same was for the Gamera Rebirth and Final Ascension.

Really doubting it'll be the case but I hope it'll be an OG DLC Pack "Halloween Horrors" with the titans based off of Frankenstein's monster and the Wolfman.

I have this headcanon that Godzillasaurus is some kind of dragon yokai which would explain his regeneration (The novelization revealed he had this prior to his mutation). In turn this tying to the idea of King Ghidorah being the offspring of the Yamata-no-Orochi worshipped by a village cult in a nearby cave similar to Iris in G3.

Setting it up around the time when two massive blockbusters were still going strong (Spider-Man: Brand New Day and The Odsessy) a few weeks after will definitely do that.

Movie likely would have done better during one of those months.

Oak Street wasn't teleported into the past but rather to a parallel earth where dinosaurs never went extinct and just continued evolving.

This would explain the feathered carnosaurid (allosaurus), feathered sauropods, giant tortoises and the giant snake.

EP2 of S2 should've been another cliffhanger ending with the Fire Chief dragging Spear and Fang into Hell with S3 being where Spear and Fang would have to traverse through Hell fight their way through it facing hordes of demons Doom Slayer style until facing the giant horned demon god as the "final boss" and eventually escaping reuniting with Mira and Fang's hatchlings.

Overall it'd be the same ending as we got in the actual S3 except Spear never became undead to begin with.

One of my dream movies is an adaption of Jeff Rovin's Fatalis with Tom Cruise as the lead. It's a shame it never happened as a film in the 2000s because that's what it originally was going to be with Slyvester Stallone leading. Would have been awesome. It's always the dinosaurs when it comes to prehistoric horrors/thrillers. Give us some Ice Age megafauna!

Seeing Tom Cruise in a creature feature would be awesome too. From my knowledge he's never been in one unless you technically count the awful Mummy remake.

For those also wondering the premise of Fatalis. It's basically b-movie goodness where a pride of sabertooth cats having been in suspended animation awakens and proceeds to attack Los Angeles.

On another note too. I'd love to see a Loch Ness Monster horror movie with the Jaws approach.

It would be a double edge sword.

Chances really are in the chance Toho bought the rights. They would only use Gamera 30% of the time like the rest of their monsters outside of the Big 5. Lol.

Overall we still wouldn't get Godzilla vs. Gamera that everyone wants.

Behemoth was implied to be a slave titan which gave me this idea of a headcanon.

Behemoth was once the guardian of an ancient civilization (Similar to the one that worshipped Godzilla as seen in KotM) in the South American Amazon. Said civilization inspired the legends of El Dorado and in turn Behemoth was the basis of the mapinguari legend (Even referred to as "Mapinguary" in the KotM novelization).

P.S.: I personally think he should've been called Titanus Mapinguari tbh.

As far as my list goes so far.

IMO it's the best of the trilogy.

So they'll draw the line of Gamera being in GigaBash only to Rebirth which from what I heard was what they only agreed to.

And yet... In a smaller game, a mobile one mind you, Godzilla Battle Line they'll allow all their monsters including Legion and Iris that game but won't allow them in GigaBash?

While from a bigger company yes (Toho), it's however a smaller game and they know people don’t like the mobile slop they peddle to people

I'm just generally curious since I'm under the impression they're the reason this film is so beloved on this subreddit.

Or is there actually other reasons you guys love the film outside of seeing 3 of the Toho Big 5 again on the big screen?
