Diaper recommendations for a tall and wide boy

My son is 30 lbs and 32" tall. Regular diapers just do not cover his buttcheeks enough and we get blowouts because it just comes out the sides. We've tried rascals and pampers (grew out of standard sizes), we're currently using millie moon training pants 5-6T. The inner lining just isn't wide enough for him. Any ideas?

Ceiling fan got bumped hard when it was on

So basically the ceiling fan was running and something got bumped into the blades fairly hard and now there's a gap on one side. Still appears to be screwed into the bracket. Can I fix this myself?
