First full project!

Aside from doing a bunch of the lazy daisy stitch, this is my first complete project! I think it looks pretty good, but I’d love any advice! Apologies for the different lighting, the first one is closer to how it looks in real life. I didn’t get a great picture of it before I had to leave for the birthday party.

Advice on my first try embroidering

the purple flowers are my first tries, and the yellow ones are the ones I feel more confident about. The very far right one is my first one (though Its very obvious). I didn’t mark any of them out and the proportions are just freehanded. I want to embroider a pair of jeans for my senior year and this was my first try. I couldn’t get the fabric to get very tight on my ring so some of the flowers are really bumpy and not very flat. I didn’t split the thread either, as I only figured out most people do that after I had already started, and I wanted to stay consistent. Any tips and advice are appreciated!!

How should I make things right with my parents after putting holes in their walls with thumbtacks?

Hi, I’m 17 and I need advice from parents. My parents are going to be assembling a new bed in my room tomorrow while I’m not home. I’m predicting that they will see the holes I’ve put in my walls from thumbtacks. I use them to put up my paintings and art awards. they’ve been in my room already today and have seen the art up, so they know it’s hung up with something. if they get mad at the holes what should I do to make things right? I’ve thought that I could offer to spackle and repaint the wall. I’ve read a lot that nail holes are considered normal wear and tear, and I have a few of those which are smaller than the thumbtacks. I think their main issue is me putting things up without asking their permission. they’re very protective of their walls. I don’t want them to end up getting mad and going through my room as a result. if they text me while I’m gone asking about them what should I say to help them not be extremely mad? We’ve lived in this house for 10 years btw, if that impacts any answers. The house has multiple spots where paint has chipped and the walls are damaged. Thanks for any advice given and reading my post!

Coach getting angry at suspected iron deficiency

I play volleyball and softball for my high school. Me and my volleyball coach both suspect that I have an iron deficiency, and last season it started impeding with my ability to play and be present as a team member. I have good and bad days, but 99% are bad. She has gotten mad at me during games and completely yelled at me in front of everyone when I ask to go out and sit for a second, which normally helps me. ”I don’t have a substitute for you so you’re just gonna have to sit in the game and deal with it” is something I heard a lot. If I need to take a break during practice she gets very passive aggressive, big sighing, attitude, etc. I understand her getting mad at me during games, because part of me being on the team is being able to be present and fight to win a game. I communicated my suspected deficiency to her at the beginning of the season and she said she’d work with me and not to worry. She has become pretty much unwilling to accommodate for me during practices. I will offer to take a break in the moment and finish running or agilities so that I’m not skipping anything, and sometimes she doesn’t let me. She’s becoming very unfriendly to me and has even talked about me to my friends mom (who told me afterwards). Please any advice on how to explain what I’m going through or fix something I have done wrong
