I’ve been forever a Keurig user. I’m the only coffee drinker in the house, so it was easy and the coffee was fine. I pod of a dark roast, 2 Splenda and a flavored creamer.

I bought an OL Nespresso based off of ONE cup of Stockholm (Lungo)(2 pods). Served from the no longer newly available Creatista plus.
It was the best cup of coffee I’d ever had. The crema was perfect. The taste was smooth but strong. It just hit me in all the feels.

I looked around for a Creatista and found several used but decided to go with the CitiZ Platinum-Milk.
I bought all the pods and thought it was going to be a no brainer.

This was 3 weeks ago and I feel like I haven’t had a good cup yet. The crema isn’t near the same. I’m heating up my creamer so the drink isn’t cold when I drink it.
I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I fear I’ve made a very expensive mistake. I have no issue using 2 pods. I knew that going in.
But what am I doing wrong? What are your “go-to” OL coffees that taste like coffee? I realize the OL is more geared towards espresso and not an American sized cup of Joe, but there’s got to be something.

What are you all doing it you’re like me?? Help

I'm starting my first semester in the fall (Aug 24). All of my courses are online, and I just received an email stating that I needed to buy my books. I'm unable to log-in via Microsoft for some reason. Says access denied. But I created an account with my student ID and email.

How do I know what books I'm supposed to get? Shouldn't that information be in my portal? At my previous University it was all laid out for you.

I’m attracted to it for its flavor profile but mostly because I have an adult special needs daughter and the cause makes it even better.

Now I’m looking for the best lungo pods and where I might get some deals.
I’ve tried the Stockholm Lungo and love it! I like a larger cup, so I’ll probably be doubling up each morning. Coupons and deals are going to be key!
What are some similar flavors or ones you just love!

My husband isn’t a coffee drinker (at all) but he said he’d like to try some latte style drinks. Both hot and iced. He’s a vanilla, caramel, brown sugar kind of guy. Would love some pod and recipe suggestions for him (us)

Anyone experiencing an error when trying to log-in? I'm getting this message:
The system is unable to validate the single sign-on user at this time.

I was recently on vacation and had the best “home brew” coffee I’ve ever had.
It was brewed in what I can only guess was an “original” Breville machine, because it used the smaller OG pods and needed 2 to make a full cup of coffee.

I’ve look at nespresso machines before but have always gone back to my keurig. Sometimes change is hard.

After returning home, I looked online and found the machine that uses the vertuo pods but the machine is $700+. That’s WILD! Especially since I won’t use the frother but maybe 1-2x a year. I just really love the look of the all stainless machine for my counter.

My question………Will the far less expensive machine produce the same cup of coffee and the breville model? Is the only difference in the branding and materials?
I wish there was a budget friendly all stainless model to choose from. Keurig has one, so it’s odd that nespresso doesn’t.

I came on here an about a week ago looking for advice on a C1 and ended up buying a complete C3 Marin (open box). So here are my questions/issues

1. I live in Cali and bought the Miele Complete C3 Marin as an “open box” from an authorized retailer in Ohio. It was $958.30 on sale and I got 10% off and free shipping. That was great!

2. I emailed them to confirm what “open box” meant and also that they were an authorized dealer. I was satisfied with their reply and they’ve been in business for over 30 years.

3. When I received the vacuum yesterday, I was unpacking and realized they had packed the wrong power head. It didn’t have the LED lights (most of the reason I got that one). Bummed, I called the store.

4. When I called the store I was told that there was nothing they could do now, as the person who ships the units was gone for the day and probably grabbed the wrong one when packing it up. It came in an “aftermarket” Miele box with serial numbers etc on it.
   He told me he’d leave a message with the guy who ships out and he’d get back to me hopefully Monday. If I didn’t hear back, I should call again or fill out the online form. Weird. But ok. I also emailed the original person I’d spoken with confirming the info in #2. No reply.

5. I’ve read the return policy on the website and I’m concerned they’re going to A. Charge me to send the incorrect head back to them. B. Tell me they don’t have the correct head or C. Charge me a 15% restock fee. Mind you, none of this is my fault.

I’m considering just calling today and asking if I can ship the whole thing back (on their dime) and suck up the extra $400 for a new one (other retailers have them new) or the new Guard L1 which replaced the complete C3. I just really like those LED lights.
-How would you approach this? My husband told me to be patient and wait to hear back, but I’m an impulsive person when I’m irritated. I spent a lot of money and I just want it to be what I ordered without spending additional for their mistake. And my floors look terrible and need to be vacuumed lol

*update* I was able to get the Miele Complete C3 Marin in Marine Blue/open box(new) from Miele for $860 from an authorized dealer

After years of dealing with a Dyson that needed new parts every 2 years, and is subpar at actually cleaning my carpets and dust from hardwood floors, I went out today and bought a Bissell MultiClean^(™) Allergen Lift-Off^(®) Pet. The suction on my carpets has amazing, but didn't touch a speck of dust on my hardwood floors. Even the Dyson picked up some.
So, now I'm on the search for something better. I know I'll have to pay more, but dang $900 is a lot.

For reference: I have a 2 story, 3100 sqft home. Carpet on the stairs and in hallways and bedrooms. Downstairs is all hardwood with 2 wool rugs that shed like nothing else. I also have a doodle and a high shedding cat. My son has allergies and it seems to be triggered in the house, even with regular cleanings. I'm thinking the vacuum would help a ton!!

Would the Miele Classic C1 Turbo Team PowerLine-SBAN0 be a good option? I'm really looking for something that will get deep into the carpets and actually suck up the dust on the hardwoods and help with allergies

I'm open to other brands, but would really like to stay under $700 if possible. TIA
