Basically I don’t know what settings to put on my heatmap and I think im missing crucial information. I’m scalping on the MNQ and I need help. Thank you!

Over the past 2 months I have been profitable trading only with price action, support and resistance, and occasionally Fibonacci retracement.
Do you think this is a sustainable strategy to keep using, or should I incorporate order flow as soon as possible?
Edit: here are my rules
1. You may be wrong about the timing, but don’t abandon the trade idea.
2. Move your stop loss up, but give it enough breathing space, could be using 1x ATR or 0.286 fibonacci retracement.
3. Take only breakouts with retests. Don’t set limit buys or stop sells, do it manually.
4. If you see price action against your theory, close half of your position, not all of it.
5. Set your stop loss to break even only if there is a theory behind it.
I chose some large caps but they are significantly underperforming compared to the broader market. I do believe in the companies and have done thorough research, but it just feels wrong to see such modest gains while even ETFs are doing better.
As for the thematic ETFs, I would like to keep them as some slight tilt towards sectors I think will grow.

For the past month I have been learning to scalp the NAS100 with orderflow indicators such as footprint charts, volume bubbles and my replacement for a heatmap (volume profile, I can’t use a heatmap because I am using cTrader connected to pepperstone and it uses tick volume), and I am wondering if anyone who trades in a similar way could answer some of my questions?
