Help! What is this spacer and where it belongs to? It just dropped by itself

Hello all!

I was changing the right front controller arm while this spacer suddenly dropped from somewhere above the controller arm (from the engine bay??).

Where did it come from? What does it do? Do i need to reinstall it?

The car is 1999 Ford Focus Estate (DNW).

Ford Focus Mk1 front crossmember mounting spacer dropped

Hi!

I was changing right front lower control arm, when a spacer dropped by itself. I Googled and got the result that it is front crossmember mounting spacer/washer. But I have no idea where it belongs or from where it dropped... Could you please help me? Is it important to reinstall?

Car is Ford Focus 1999 farmar (Estate DNW).
