Best melatonin without sugar

I've been using the melatonin natrol gummies 5mg maybe 3-4 times a week and it helped me immensely. However, I think i developed cavities because of all the sugar. I tried taking capsules long ago, but they didn't seem to work. Can anyone recommend fast dissolve or liquid form melatonin brands that dont contain sugar? I usually try to fall asleep without melatonin then pop them in my mouth if I have a hard time doing so.

Deep filling with cavity

I went to replace two of my fillings today, but my dentist told me for one of them the cavity is very deep close to the nerve. He took a picture and showed me through the screen. The scraped up tooth's bottom layer was very black. He said if he goes further to take out the entire cavity, he would have to touch the nerve. To prevent this, he said let's try putting some disinfectant and then cover it up with filling for now. He said it may lead to nerve treatment in the future, but let's see how the tooth holds up in few months. Is there a high possibility of getting a root canal in this case? I am very worried. Also, I take melatonin gummies at night. Can this cause this issue?

Rosacea on neck

Hello i have rosacea on my face, but one day I started to get these cystic acnes on my chin and neck. They won't go away and I started to get small red bumps all over my neck. Im not sure if this is rosacea but its been a little over a month and they won't go away and getting worse. I have been prescribed metro, azelaic acid, and soolantra for my face. For the time being until I can get an appointment to my derm, are these ointments ok to use on the neck?

Healthcare data analyst from receptionist

Hello I have 10+ years working as a healthcare receptionist but really want to transition into becoming a Healthcare data analyst. I already work with epic and iguana everyday. I am good with pattern recognition and this seems like such an interesting job. I also have a bachelor's degree in business. I was looking up how to become a Healthcare data analyst online but im bombarded with so much information. I can't afford to go back to school and was wondering where I should start. Thank you
