Everyone seems to somehow be connected to the Umbra, and everyone takes an interest in it somehow. Everyone that is, including the Sabbat, which seemingly also has spies inside of the Coalition, (Kevin knew about compiling of the Hunter Data which only Coalition would know). The question is what do they want?
Everyone seems to be preparing for some kind of eschatological event related to Black Shuck, and they're not wrong to do that. After all to quote the Silent Striders Tribebook:
"The return of Black Shuck always signals the coming of difficult and often violent times ahead for England’s Garou. His appearance coincides with the rise of powerful Wyrm beasts, spiritual plagues, and human treachery. And every time, Black Shuck has played a key role in the battle against the Garou’s foes. The dark hound has not been seen in many decades, but with the growing threats in Scotland and elsewhere, many believe it is only a matter of time before his inevitable return. Black Shuck is a harbinger of death, and the Garou near Norfolk believe that his return will signal that the Apocalypse is imminent"
- Silent Striders Tribebook pg. 97
Sabbat also seems to be preparing for the Apocalypse, and I'm sure this is not the last time we see them. The question is, who is the spy inside of the Coalition, I would propably count on Charles or Newburgh group. The question is only, what does everyone else know but we don't, what does G-Kontoret, Get of Fenris, Sabbat, Camarilla and Pentex know about the coming events?
Who do you think is the spy within the Coalition? There is also the matter of the fact that Silent Striders Tribebook implies only Lupus-born (wolf garou, who are never human, like Matilda) can be Black Shuck. Could Matilda be Shuck?

They actually managed to trick us incredibly well, because the books often say that The Patriarch is often hidden, misidentitied for the Wyrm
Patriarch is the Incarna of the Weaver, Incarna of the Abrahamic Religious and their opression and fanaticism. It has been slowly gaining power ever since the 2000s and plans to trap everyone in its "utopia".
The only people who recognize and actually fight him are the Black Furies, who we don't swe in this episode nor anywhere near, so that's propably the source of conclusion for both Stig and the viewer.
The art perfectly fits tho, and it seems very much intentional.
The Prophecy finally makes sense again, the Patriarch ends hamstrung after trying to mess with Werewolves, as his soldiers are literally dessicated by Stig!

Was looking for a long time for KOTE actual play with the Relentless Age rework, but it turned out it just came out 12 days ago!
I haven't watched all of it yet but it seems promising
For now it seems it didn't get the attention it deserved so I'm linking it here so it gets more love
"No fairies, vampires and werewolves, world is just insufferable people" is exactly what an Autumn Person would think
