Has anyone here gone on to get a Material Science degree or similar?

The ELT that I once was loved the M of CMR and if I wasn't about to finish a much quicker under-grad, would probably look hard at a BS in the field.

I saw ASU has an online MSMSE and although I was considering going for an online MBA, think I would enjoy Material Science curriculum a lot more than the corporatese brain-melting nonsense I'd have to stomach in an MBA program. Get too much exposure to corporate hell in my current job.

No idea what I would even do with a Material Science masters, but feeling drawn to it. Currently in the datacenter world.

Anyone here go this route and enjoy it? Or at least know anything about it?

I'm not from Ireland but have family in Kilkeel. We are planning on visiting again in the coming two years or so. I'm a fly fisherman, and recall some lakes in the Mourne Mountains with road and hiking access.

Not asking anyone to share a hidden gem, but I'm curious if Silent Valley Reservoir, Ben Crom Reservoir, Lough Shannagh, etc and the creeks that come from them would be worth wetting a line in?
