Issue: Pencil fully charged. Pencil tip began coming loose and pencil less effective. Have to admit dropping it a few times, accidentally, never more than about 3 feet. Now, Pencil not working. It’s only about 1.5 - 2 years old, never worked as well as the first one. How long are these darned things supposed to live? Opinions welcome. Btw, had to choose “unsolved” flair because can’t post without flair. Sorry
