RAM or motherboard failure?

My pc is failing to stay powered on and keeps shutting down and back on.

Does anyone know what this combination of mb lights means? It's stays on yellow the longest so I assumed it may be my ram?

I already ruled out my graphics and power supply. That leaves the cpu, ram, and motherboard. When I try to power it on, the msi screen shows up for a bit before it just shuts back down.

I faced this power cycling scenario before which was caused by loose ram sticks, but this time I made sure these new ram sticks were in tight.

Edit: I also reset cmos by removing and placing the battery back in as well as shorting jbat1. Still no fix

My PC won't stay on

Has anyone seen this combination of mb leds and know what it means?

For context, I restarted my pc last week and suddenly it keeps cycling like this on and off unable to stay on.

I spent the weekend trying to diagnose what component was failing, but couldn't find the exact cause.

I faced this issue with loose ram sticks back then but this time I made sure to click them in, unless they're failing internally? I tried every single combination of dual and single ram sticks but still the same issue.

Checked graphics with display port in both my dedicated gpu and motherboard igpu and the problem was still there.

I thought it was my aging power supply so I put in a brand new one but it's still cycling on and off.

Does this likely leave the motherboard as the culprit? Should I do an rma process with msi?

Best PSU Selection?

I have an i7 13700k + RTX 4070. Considering these PSU options:

CORSAIR RM850x $119.99

MONTECH Century II 850W $89.99

NZXT C850 Gold Core 850W $99.99

What do you all recommend of these 3? Is there another better option? Is 850W a good wattage for my specs? Let me know if you need more info, thanks

3rd part Exia that I painted some parts of (gold and metallic gray). The pegs were TIGHT, ended up breaking a few that I had to repair. This was from last fall and I heard they refined it since then.

Compared to the rg, the gbc holds poses better and has an actual leg raise. I think the rg looks better personally. Good build!
