Mido 175 y peso 75kg

For context im level 80 my weapons are maxed, this is my first lies of p playtrough and i started do the challenges with the Black rabit brotherhood,is this even the hardest boss?I heard there are harder ones. Am i doing something wrong or its a genuine skill issue?Dont feel bad for be honest, i need to know https://www.twitch.tv/cavaliarustenebrosus/videos

Game impossible to feel smooth with a overclocked rtx 4060ti ryzen 7 5700x

I left the game due to bad optmitzation, i came back because i saw they added a performance mode, but the same still always struggle to keep smoothness in action moments,im playing all low, 720p,dlss performance,i dont know what to do anymore to play this game with stable frames,i dont have stutters just bad frames when action moments.I can run any modern high graphic quality game on ultra with fine fps so far,but i play this game with literally ps2 graphics and still not smooth,i dont understand
