This roll at Harlow Lake outside of Marquette is so sick. Probably 40-45 feet tall, and about a 65 degree angle at the steepest

How long is too long between adding stabilizers?

I have a few batches that I added my campden tablets to, and then forget to add the sorbate, and life got away from me. They've been sitting in my closet for about 2 months now.

Do I need to redo my stabilizers over a couple days now? Or is it fine to just add the potassium sorbate and let it ride?

Millions of peaches. Peaches for mead.

Can I go to bars after midnight on my 21st?

I turn 21 on the 15th, and I'm curious if any bars will turn me away right after midnight, even though I'll technically be 21. Any bar recommendations?
