A decent day yesterday, first in fucking months. Now, 10am and zero fucking sales on a brand that did 2,4m last year. They can all get fucked

2.4m spend account down to 0 sales for 4 days. Anyone have any solutions? About to close my doors for good.

Seeing a bunch of sales reported on Shopify's end but not reported on FBs dashboard. EQM is 9.0+. Not the first time I've seen this this month. We do no other advertising and even Shopify is associating it with meta.

Anyone else seeing extreme attribution issues? Like, 10-20% is normal for me, but this is more like 80%+

Anyone moving their budget anywhere? Anywhere else at all? I'd rather set my fucking money on fire than play this game anymore

Anyone filed chargebacks in meta for fraud? Idgaf if they ban my account at this point. They’ve managed to steal thousands and thousands of dollars when they turn their AI shit on or when there is an outage yet they do or say nothing, or when they dump the entire budget in 3 minutes. Fuck this trash company. I’ve got 30 charges for $1000 each I was spending through May for their shit to not work now I’ve spent 1000 today without a single conversion. This account t made 2.4m in 2024. I’m exhausted and done with it

For the last week traffic from meta and even Google seems to be bot traffic. No fucking conversions. Limited add to cart. Is it possible my domain itself is the problem somehow? This account has spent nearly 2m in the last year and it’s dropped to 0 conversions. No excuse. Plenty of creatives. Signal is strong through server side. Evidence is limited to no signups on my email popup along with little to no add to cart. Shit traffic?

I’m just expanding my 3PL operations and jumping in here to ask a few questions.

I got started in B2C (books) because my career took off and I needed warehouse. There were a lot of folks in my industry who also needed help so I opened my doors as a 3PL and it turns out, I quite enjoy it.

Specifically, we are more of an agency for creators, helping them monetize their audience by developing a product, sourcing it, kitting it, warehousing it, then shipping it.

I would love to know what resources are worth checking out to learn more about 3PL work, shipping options, last mile, etc. I’d like to learn more as right now I’m pretty much just a pirate ship guy and I know there’s so much more to learn. I’d rather get ahead of things than say yes and “figure it out later.”
