[Academic] Strict meal planning / macro tracking habits - 4-question screener + optional 10-min call (18+, people who track or plan meals strictly)
Hi everyone, I’m part of a two-person student team at Aalto University researching how people who plan and track meals strictly actually do it: food scales, pre-logging, meal prep, grocery lists, spreadsheets, tracking apps, etc.
We’re especially interested in how people with strict meal plans or macro goals handle unexpected changes in their day, like schedule shifts, eating out, missed meals, cravings, or unavailable ingredients.
We’re looking for people to join a short ~10-minute call so we can better understand their planning process, routines, frustrations, and how they adapt when things don’t go as planned. This is not a sales pitch!!!
