Not pictured - 6 rooster tails in 1/8 oz size (heard they were good and found them for cheap for this 6 pack on Walmart from Yakima bait brand)

Do i have any lures that might be too big (doubt) or not very effective for Lake Michigan shore/harbor fishing?

- and uh yes i just realized today that my 110 whopper ploppers are a bit too heavy for my rod as they are 1 ounce and my rod is 3/4 ounce max , but i think i can manage with side casting as ive heard that lets you get away with some slightly heavier lures plus its not like im gonna be whipping my rod with it on anyway, same with the 1 ounce sinkers

ive been thinking about grabbing some paddlebaits/curly tailed grubs and some uh bass hooks/EWG hooks for my senkos so i dont have to put the senkos on jigheads

if you need some further info about what type of tackle i have currently i can def let you know

Illinois - Instructor/Boss wont pay me for the work I did at a summer camp because he believes I didn't work the hours .

To begin this I will go over when I was working for this summer camp and how long I was working for it which is as follows: from July 27th - Aug 4th, + a day on Aug 10th, each day we would have 2 lessons at this camp, one from 9-12 and then one from 1-5, that is 8 hours total each day, I'm not too sure if the 1 hour break in between each was paid or not, but I counted it as we also had kids we had to watch over who's parents picked them up late and kids who were dropped off early for the afternoon class. On Wednesday the 29th, I had an appointment that I couldn't miss and the boss said I was fine with me attending it and just to come as soon as I'm done (which is what I did), so I arrived that day at around 12 pm and helped finish up the morning class, the first week assuming 8 hours each day minus the 3-4 hours from my appointment netted me around 36 hours of work, and then Monday and Tuesday Aug. 3-4, netted me another 16 hours of work, Not to mention Aug. 10th where there was a make up class that was planned, and then subsequently cancelled with no mention of this cancellation to me or my parents who were also in communication with the Instructor/Boss where I then showed up at this summer camp ready to work with some kids being dropped off who I guess their parents never saw the cancellation email. When I was offered the job he mentioned "She will be paid for the work week" and upon talking with the other counselors I learned that the base pay for working at this camp as a counselor was $16 an hour, and that's what I will be assuming as he never mentioned to us what the pay was. Fast forward to Aug 6th, when me and my mother sent him a message asking about when I'm going to receive my pay, he mentions "I can Zelle her some thank you money for helping and all the travel. If she wants to be a counselor next camp- she would do the training and work a lot more with hooks, knots, and campers." and in a separate message "She was more of a camper- but helped ..." He knew my skill level with what was being taught as I spent a day with him and the other counselors the week before, yet still offered me the job. On Aug 10th after I was sort of "stood up" on the make up session that was cancelled without any knowledge of that being relayed to me, We sent another text message saying that it is not fair that I worked all of that time for the camp being told that I would be paid for the work week, and that I worked 56 hours expecting compensation. He replies "But if I am paying $16 an hour for what we had we are probably done. (the first week of July 27th-31st he didn't even show up to the camp due to a scheduling error) I will pick this back up in the morning and also- there is zero chance of 56 hours - of 'work'"

What do I do now? He hired me knowing my skill level and said I would be paid, now I feel like I have wasted hours of my time being there with the expectation of being paid only to be stood up on my pay in the end.

He never picked the conversation back up the morning after.

What upgrade should i make next?

I'll have around 1100 bucks (before reselling old parts) to spend on some PC upgrades and I'm sort of split on what I want to upgrade, I could jump from a 14700k to an AM5 x3d chip or I could jump from my 5070 to a 5070ti/5080 (yes Nvidia is bad value especially for these 2 cards, but I really like Gigabyte's Aero line aesthetic so I'm willing to soak up the bad value purchase because aesthetics also has value to me), but if i do plan to upgrade the gpu, ill be able to pmuch have my budget as around 1500-1600 ish due to just selling my gpu, what would you guys say is the better option

Btw if you want to, you can respond with black friday/cyber monday in mind since i don't mind just squatting on this money for a bit, plus ill have a bigger budget of around 1500-ish before reselling to see if the deals are worth it or not, I'm not particularly losing out on much as my rig is fine even without these upgrades

(chances are I'm likely just gonna squat on the money till then, but i thought that thinking/discussing about my upgrade ahead of time would help so I'm sure of what i want to do)

Which is the least important fan for a case?

i'll be switching my case to a y70 soon, but i only have 9 fans, which fan could i leave out for a bit before i can get that last fan that will have the least amount of impact on thermals?

i'm thinking i'll just take one exhaust fan off the top so i'll have 3 bottom and 3 front intake, 2 top exhaust and 1 back exhaust, then i'll buy a 140 later on to put on the back exhaust and put the old back exhaust fan back on the top rack

My butthole hurts

Soldiers, I have fought an intense battle in the bathrooms a few hours ago, My butthole is now extremely numb and sore, although I did survive. It made me realize the pain and beauty of such simple things, the art of life and the cost of making a single mistake. You see dear humans, I have realized that being too greedy shall result in your downfall in your weakest moment, thus causing the downfall of everything. I, my friends, have made that exact mistake a few days ago when I decided to only eat meat that one dinner. Take meat as gold and veggies as kindness, I only took gold that dinner, leaving none for else, that resulted negatively a few days later. It is like the art of life, where when you only take all for yourself and leave none for others, you realize a few days later that what you did was wrong. Karma always comes back to you no matter what, I've learned to eat more veggies from now on, it is like spreading kindness, except it's in your gut. Remember soldiers, don't make the same mistake as me, your butt will feel very painful and you'll regret it.
