I've been following this car for years and I recently managed to track down the current owner, who agreed to sell it to me. E91 328i RWD LeMans blue/saddle brown M sport car. Idrive/Harman Kardon and has the M performance exhaust, style 513Ms, and 335i brakes. The car is an automatic for the moment but it came with a manual E92 parts car and the manual swap parts are already removed and ready to be swapped in. E92 is officially retired from daily duty 🎉

I'm leaning toward bedroom downstairs and living space/office upstairs. Closet, bathroom, and kitchen are upstairs. Lots of windows, and upstairs bedroom would probably offer more privacy, but I don't love the idea of having my bedroom off the kitchen when I have guests over. Downstairs is also wired with in ceiling speakers for an AV setup.
