Are these the normal prices or is it inflated?

I was looking to get a camera system and was flabbergasted by the prices being 700+. I'm not in an immediate need for them so I was wondering; are they always priced like that or with everything being expensive recently they are also ? I don't mind waiting a bit until prices go down a little. I just want an NVR system and a few cameras around (4 is more than enough).

Edit: My question is not about Reolink I know they are cheaper than other companies I'm asking generally.

Which is the best value for money bundle right now for gaming?

I've noticed there is a few bundle deals on Microcenter and newegg. I live near a micro center so I don't mind driving there.

I'm looking for the best value for money bundle at around $500. I will mainly build this as Bazzite gaming PC. I'm not in an urgent need for a new PC, should I buy now or wait for Black Friday ?

Help me reclaim evenings

Hello,

Whenever it gets dark outside I start getting this feeling of darkness and slumber that makes me feel that the day is over and makes me want to just lay in bed and do nothing. My apartment doesn't get that much light so I start getting this feeling very early.

I need help with lighting recommendation; where to put the light and what to put there to make it livable and active and closer to natural daylight if possible.

I'm attaching my floor plan with the furniture I currently have: https://imgur.com/a/34JkUyh (the only difference is that it's not an L-Shaped desk just an l and the lamp is not next to the bed it's on the other side)

I currently have:

Is there a way to have Helio Strap wake me during light sleep or should I just return it?

I bought the Helio Strap for the accuracy and it's very accurate when it comes to sleep tracking as far as I can see.

But I can't do anything with it so far, has anyone found a way to make use of the sleep tracking data? I'm also using a Pixel Watch 4 which both seems to be on par when it comes to sleep tracking and likewise the Watch 4 doesn't have a way to wake me up during light sleep.

Edit: Sorry for the confusion. What I meant is that when you wake up during deep sleep you wake up groggy, it's best to wake up during light sleep. When you set up your alarm let's say 7 AM, you also set up a time window where you're okay with waking up as long as you're in light sleep; so if you exited deep sleep at 6:45 and entered light sleep the alarm will wake you up.
