Everyday is a struggle in life but we are not alone. I know that it’s hard to cheer up when you are feeling down but know this, you are not alone. As someone who also deals with depression, I find a joy in doing something I love to do. Sometimes even talking to someone who depression and learning what they do to get through, may also help.
