Have never worn salwar kameez, how to cope with it for the upcoming 4 years?

I've never liked wearing traditional salwar kameez/kurtis as much so never worn them. I was in a private school till now, they had normal shirts & skirts.

I really hate those articles of clothing on me, with my rank, I can get into top GNC in my state but the thought of wearing salwar kameez is troubling me. I also hate making buns but I get it that patient safety may be compromised so it's important.

I'm not trying to be offensive, please don't judge, I just really hate it. Is there any way I can cope with it?

Choosing a different path than MBBS but I'm feeling inferior

I've decided on a backup option but just now I saw a post about the stethoscope white coat and the knowledge a doctor will hold, also got to know docs are paid 1-1.5L after graduation.

I know I shouldn't be feeling like this and it's extremely selfish of me but I just kinda feel bad that I couldn't do MBBS. I feel inferior to people who cleared Neet and that whatever I do, I'll never be of a doctor's standing in society, that my knowledge will always be inferior to a doctor's.

Again this is so very petty of me but after graduation they'll be earning lakhs per month and 12k as stipend during course while my salary probably wouldn't even be half of what they'll earn after MBBS.

The knowledge, the right to perform life altering surgeries, the social standing. Something I'll never hold.

Also, I'm not blaming anyone. It's on me completely that I couldn't clear NEET and by no means am I demeaning the people who qualified, they earned the fruit of their hardwork.

It's just something that crossed my mind and will probably haunt me for years to come.

What documents are needed during registration for MCC counselling? I don't have domicile and gap certificate currently.

I don't wanna do counselling

No fake or edited marks, I told them my real marks only. I've also told my parents that at my rank even private MBBS in my state would be impossible.

I had given exams as backup options and I've consulted with 2 teachers & they both said I've chances for a gov college for the course I'm targeting because last year kids with lesser score got in & the cutoff this year is expected to drop. I wasn't even thinking of this initially, it was my parents that asked me to fill the form though I'm on board with it now.

But because my parents wanted me to do MBBS and I scored low I was afraid they'd scold me & even hit me so I said I'd still go for counselling to see if I get anything & that I'd most likely only get a private college in other states but they require really high fees and I was sure they'd drop the idea of private because again, they are fine with my backup option too.

However now my mother is sending me fb reels like "private colleges in just 10 lakh" with thumbnails like 200 300 400 mein bhi milega college, she's also been being watching videos like these. She might just be watching them for "what if" but I'm scared something may rewire in her brain and they sell some properties and take loan to pay for private (they are living in some delusion that fresh mbbs grads make 1+L/month).

I'm exhausted thinking about this, I honestly am done.

BPT, Radiology, Medical Laboratory Tech, How is it's counselling conducted? Does it happen through MCC or what? Please tell.

Any seniors who are doing this course from government colleges or simply have an idea of how the counselling happens for gov colleges, please tell.

Literally ANY nursing student here? Are Indian nurses/nursing students a myth on Reddit?

There's no indian sub dedicated to this profession and even on random academia subs, I've rarely encountered nursing students.

I just want to know if they even exist?

Please help me persuade my parents for government bsc nursing.

Myquals: 10 - 89%, 12 - 74%.

I've 0 chances for even private medical colleges in my state, there's a thing called Medhavi which helps in paying off tution fee but I know ain't getting any private college.

However, my parents are stuck on that Medhavi thing. This was my 2nd attempt (first drop) and my father especially is very angry about it. He said to my mother that even after investing so much money, I scored this low. I know I don't have the right to feel bad since I couldn't score even enough marks for private in my state.

But I've scored enough for government nursing college, I'll get stipend + money during my mandatory bond service. They were the one who asked me to give nursing exams as a backup.

But now they're very skeptical about it, I'm willing to work hard and completely focus on nursing but it's like they don't want me to.

I don't want them to take any loan for private in other states because that would simply be not economical in the long run.

I've managed to persuade my mother a bit but I'm very scared about my father, some bitchman relative came to our house today and I'm pretty sure they talked about me + my age + the marriage aspect too.

My mother is asking if I get married and my in laws or husband don't like me doing nursing (because it's more hands on than being a doctor), what will I do and all. I'm honestly pissed at her for this but then again she never had my best interests on her mind.

They'll most likely force me to get engaged to some a_sh_le so I don't "wander" off in college, I'll take care of that later but *for now please help me persuade my mother and father* (they're very abusive and living with them feels like walking on egg shells all the time + they hate me + care about what others think & their "pride" more than my wellbeing).

I just want to earn some considerable amount of money so I can leave that for my siblings before I take any decisions.

B.Pharm in DAVV? Is it really that bad?

Hey, I gave CUET this year and before applying for the course in this college, I'd like to know this because I heard some people say the placements are non existent.

Is it a good college for this course? I'm most concerned about the placement, what is the median package? Do strong recruiters come into the campus? Is the placement cell active?

On Google, it's saying the fee is 1.5 lakh for the total course, is it correct?

How's the crowd there? Any ragging? Are the students too much into politics/religion (I heard people fight over this so asking)?

Do staff members respond to student's queries? Any rude behaviour?

Hostel/Accomodation available nearby?
