Pristiq 75 to 100 mg. Fatigue and apathy go away?

Ten days ago, I changed my Pristiq dose from 75 mg to 100 mg. I felt fine for the first three days, but now I’m experiencing fatigue, increased anxiety, and apathy. Will this go away, or is the dose too high? I’d appreciate any help.

Up to 75 fadigue and anxiety

I spent 5 weeks on 50 mg, and 3 days ago I increased the dose to 75 mg. I’ve been feeling sadder, as well as fatigued and anxious. Has anyone else experienced this and then improved? Thanks.

Increase physical anxiety

I switched from Sertraline to Pristiq. I’ve been on Pristiq alone for 17 days; my anxiety is through the roof, and I’m experiencing severe back pain and neck tension. Has anyone else had these side effects, and when did they go away? Thanks.

Hi Everyone, I’ve been on Desvenlafaxine for a week now, and I feel extremely fatigued. I have body aches and don't want to get out of bed. Are these symptoms temporary? Has anyone else experienced this fatigue and felt better later on? Thanks.
