Anyone Use the City Cruise Water Taxi Tonight?

Just curious if anyone caught the water taxi after the game that thr Spirit advertised this week. I tried to but after waiting over an hour after the final whistle it hadn't showed up and there was no one from the company at the dock to give updates so I left. Did it end up appearing?

Newly Adopted Dog - Refuses to walk on stairs

Hi All, I just adopted this pup named Murphy. I found him while out for a run and contacted animal control. The county kept him for two weeks but no one claimed him. I brought him home on Saturday. Because of his abandonment, I don't know much about him...including that he doesn't do stairs. This a bit of a problem as I live in a three level townhouse (entry level, upstairs, and basement.) I spend the majority of my time either upstairs (bedroom and office) or the basement (TV.) Murph has expressed interest with going down into the basement by looking down the stairs but if I get closer to the stairs he moves away. If I sit on the stairs he won't come near me. I am giving him his space and letting him adjust to his new setting but I'd like to live my routine so he can settle in. Right now my two options are ignore him and go about my life or hover over him on the entry level getting him used to a fake routine. I've read about the 3-3-3 rule so I'm still expecting some personality changes but my question is, when should I start helping him get used to stairs and what suggestions do you have for doing so?

Of note, I have about six stepa leading up to my front door on the outside that he does ok with so he physically can walk up and down stairs he just doesn't want to.

[FS] USA vs Paraguay – 2x Cat 2 (Handicap Seats) in AO Section (307WC)

Hey All, I have two tickets in the handicap section of the AO section for sale (307WC). I can't use them and don't want to just put them on SH without giving a AO member a chance to grab them if needed. Asking for face value for them, which was $1940 per ticket.

Spotted in Northern Virginia

Spotted around noon flying east in northern Virginia on 6/7. The engine sound caused me to look up, wasn't a standard passenger engine sound but also wasn't a typical fighter jet engine sound. Looked bigger than a fighter but smaller than a 737. Didnt see it on FlightRadar. Thanks in advance!

Edit: Just got a second look and looked a lot smaller!

Holly Bush with Black/Curling Leaves

Hello, I'm trying to figure out what is going on with my holly plants that are showing stress by having curled leaves and black leaves I'm in Northern Virginia (Zone 7a/b) with four holly plants in trying to grow for privacy. They've been in the ground for two full seasons with no issues, and I was looking forward to this being their "leap" year. We had a late frost a few weeks ago that did substantial damage to all four bushes. I let the bushes alone for two weeks, then pruned the frost damage off the best I could.

Now all four bushes are showing signs of distress. First I noticed the lighter green leaves, the semi-new growth not noticably impacted by the frost started to curl inward. Some of the curling is pretty dramatic. Then I started noticing a couple of the leaves beginning to blacken. The leaves that are darkening are near the top of the bushes where the frost damage was done. I'm not noticing any blackening near the base of the shrubs. The shurb with the most curled leaves and black leaves is not showing any new growth, the other three all have new growth already.

The shrubs are in partial sun, getting around 6 hours of sun a day. I keep them watered, aiming to keep the soil "moist." If anything, I would say they get more water than less. I keep the mulch away from the trunk although due to being on a hill.

Im trying to figure out what is going on with them so I can get them back on track to hopefully have some privacy in a few years. My guesses are 1) still trying to recover from the frost, 2) over watering, 3)fungus/infection, or 4) temperature swings (had a week of low temps followed by a week of very hot and humid.)

Any suggestions welcomed!

GW Stole My Unit Idea

I've been a 40k fan since the 90s but never started collecting until a year ago when my brother, who knew very little got me a VV box set. I put it together and painted it (poorly) and figured they needed a leader. I kit bashed a Jump Chaplain and tried to paint him also (again poorly.) Then just when I finish GW includes a VV and a Jump Chaplain in the Armageddon box! I am flattered they like my idea lol.

I have season ticket to the local soccer team. We have around 17 home games. I have STH to all 17 games in a row that only has two seats. I therefor have the whole row to every home game. I have placed about six games on SH and to my surprise sold the first game even though it was a pretty low attended game. Ever since those tickets sold, for every other game I I have listed, someone else has put two seats for my row for about $100 more than I am selling. They don't put what seats they have, but its impossible for them to have any seats because as mentioned I have the only two seats in the row. Additionally, its only for the games I have listed. For games that I am keeping the tickets and going to no one as posted a duplicate listing. The frustrating part is, even though their tickets are listed more than mine, they get priority. When hovering over the section, or even zooming in further, their price is what is seen. All I can think is they are hoping someone will buy their listing that is more than mine, then they would turn around and purchase mine, fwd it to the buyer, and they would make a few bucks. That would be fine, but the extra $100 make their listing not competitive to the other seats around it and no one buys them. I contacted SH customer support but they were not willing to help.

Even though I hear it at Wizards, Caps and sometimes even Nats games, I'm surprised every match by the number of people that scream "Oh" during the signing of the National Anthem. Are they/you doing it because of the Orioles tradition or is there a Spirit connection I'm unaware of?
