I purchased the mic system. Even with the mic through bluetooth it doesnt work with quick capture.... So annoying dude. I hope the fix it with an update. Obvious the camera Doesnt need to start recording so quickly. Just let the camera turn on, connect the audio, then start recording....... FIX IT PLEASE

My computer is struggling to edit 240, 4k60, 10bit color, log.

I did encode to prores and that helped a lot but dynamic link between after effects really struggles even with proxy's.

Im loving how things look though in the current settings but its hindering my work flow.

I do golf shot tracers in AA. I'm realizing I can maybe save each clubs shot tracer and not need to remake from scratch each time and just apply the layer and keyframes I made with "trim paths" on future projects

I did some googling and looked in their manual but I'm not sure what to even look for.

I started editing a round of golf I did on over a week ago. It was really windy and the camera tipped over. The clip after turning the camera on was fine (battery came out since the door is open with the usbc connected to the rode). The next few clips on thst 2nd hole the audio would start and then clip and drop and not recover. After those 3-4 clips audio dropped I never had the issue again.

Right now I'm at home filming in my back yard and going back and forth from the computer filming clips and I have the issue again. Any thoughts as to why? It seems random and maybe related to the quick capture function.

That will put me at the mission 1's 22-27mm linear mode equivalent?

I did get the slr magic 8mm f4. Is all it's missing is being able to open up the aperture to get Infiniti focus? I suppose I'd need to get an f2 to f2.8 for better low light capability. F2 might miss the shot unless you have the camera further away from you?

Absolutely loving the mission 1 pro and cannot wait for the ILS!!!!

Also, why in linear(which is all I really shoot in) does it spec 22-27mm?

My computer is really struggling to edit since getting the new gopro. I'm editing 4k60, 10bit color and 240 bitrate, HEVC h.265. I suspect the bitrate is the issue as I've never edited it before. I did create proxies. Premiere can edit no problem. The issue is with After effects. I am cashing AA to a 4tb NVMe and my programs are running on a 1tb SSD where the operating system in loaded. I'm thinking about reformatting the computer and putting the operating system on the NVMe and then I can have the programs run on the same hard drive has the operating system. I had to cache to the NVMe because my 1tb SSD is full. Perhaps my computer is getting too old? Is there anything else I can do? I did clear my cache folder in after effects and it seems to be slow to render.

Thoughts?

I make golf content and am curious how I would even begin to use the gps function over a map to show where I'm at on the course for each shot. Is it possible?

I think the audio is decent on the mp1. But it always starts out good and then it tries to pick up distant sounds and the audio suddenly boosts. Anyone else experiencing this and any idea if it can be stopped? I messes around with audio settings some and it still did it. No issues running external audio with my rode wireless pro 2.

With some afternoon light making its way in is not impressive. Pretty grainy like I remember other gopro's looking like. In daylight though it looks great.

Not only has it been fun seeing the in's and outs of climbing Everest. It's been fun to see how the mission 1 does in general. Footage is nice and even. Obviously it's running great in the cold weather. Looking forward to seeing some night time footage. My wife and I watched footage from last year from his excursion on everest and there was a definite difference in quality

I recent started posting on my golf channel after a year or more break really due to injury. I posted one long video and then I posted 3-4 shorts for a few days. Every short would go out immediately and I'd get 1k average. and then the last two shorts did not go out really at all. 10 views. I didn't think I was being spammy. I did repost an old video that was 30 second that was previously a long form as a short. I have a woodworking channel for 10 years so I'm not new to this but have never been monitized.

What did I maybe do? Or perhaps it will just pick up soon.two days without views.
